About Us
The Center for Inclusive Therapy + Wellness.

inclusive - warm - accessible mental wellness for all.

At The Center for Inclusive Therapy + Wellness, we cultivate space for you to explore the intricacies of your life with intentionality. We believe that therapy can transform. Whether you're coming in to build skills to manage anxious or depressive symptoms or seeking a place to reflect on the complexities of who you are--we partner with you in the process. We're geeks who believe in the art and science of therapy, so we utilize evidence-based techniques and focus on building warm, meaningful relationships with our clients. By meeting online, we work with individuals, couples, and families from adolescence upward. Our inclusive, identity-informed approach centers the complexity of each person as they seek true flourishing and wellness.

We'd love to get to know you and see if we may be a good fit to work together. Give us a call or book online to schedule a free, 15-minute phone call for us to start to get to know one another.

Who do we work with?

We aren't playing when we say we're about...

culturally-competent, equity-focused, radically feminist,

sex-positive, kink-celebrating, LBTQ+ welcoming,

anti-racist, white-supremacy dismantling, you-friendly

...therapeutic work that seeks justice and liberation for historically-marginalized folx navigating broken systems and trying to not only survive, but thrive.

Can we get an amen?
