The Center for Inclusive Therapy and Wellness + COVID-19

In a time of immense uncertainty, we strive to extend high quality care to our current and future clients. We believe that mental health is vital in times like these and work to provide support however we can.

Teletherapy Offerings

We've equipped our practice for teletherapy and aim to continue to support clients and provide therapy via these methods. If you're a current client, discuss this with your clinician and we'll get you set up. If you're a new client, book a consultation online online here, and we'll go from there.

Free COVID-19 Wellness Teleconsults

This time can feel difficult and overwhelming. Dr. Lana Holmes and Dr. Lisa Miller are offering free 30-minute COVID-19 Wellness teleconsultations to serve the community and support your mental health during this unprecedented pandemic. Book online here.
COVID-19 Coping Skills

We are running a blog series on coping with the mental health impact of COVID-19. You can read the first post on coping with social distancing here: https://www.onwardandoutward.org/post/the-coronavirus-coping-guide-part-i-coping-with-social-distancing.

Helping the Helpers

We recognize that healthcare providers are under immense stress right now. As a show of support and gratitude, we are offering free, 30-minute wellness teleconsultations to healthcare providers with an NPI.
That time can be used to process, talk, plan, get support, or identify resources and techniques to work with patients under stress.
Book those online here with Dr. Peifer, and she will send over all of the digital forms you need to complete via a secure client portal. We plan to offer this service through at least April 2020.
