We work with helping professionals of all types -- therapists, tutors, nutritionists, life coaches and more. If you need a quiet, welcoming space to do your work, we're open to working with you.
What are your COVID-19 procedures?
We have enhanced all of our health and safety protocols in line with CDC, state, local, and federal guidelines. Our low commitment rental rates by the hour offer ultimate flexibility and nimbleness for your practice. Each office has sanitation kits to disinfect. Can I host a large group in the space?
Not right now. Given COVID-19 - we are not allowing in-person groups in the space.
How do I pay?
You can pay in-office with cash or check or using the online portal.
Is there 24-hour access to the building?
Yes - renters have 24-hour access to the building and use a keypad entry to access the office.
What does my rental rate include?
Access to a waiting room, administrative office (if available), a beautifully furnished office, refreshments, WiFi, and all utilities.
What about parking?
Free parking is available on-site.
